Topic for this term

This term we are doing a history project all about Pirates. If anyone has anything they would like to bring in for our display then feel free (no parrots please!) also, if anyone has any good books or DVDs that you think the class would enjoy these can be sent in as well. 

In keeping with the Curriculum for Excellence a lot of our general class work such as writing and maths will be linked to our topic so we'll be doing coordinates in maths for finding buried treasure and writing lots of pirate stories! A lot of our art work will be topic based as will our drama and music. 

I think this will be a great topic and I'm really looking forward to getting started!
